We are experiencing a real "break in the drought" as far as winners go and as for placegetters they seem to be guaranteed right now.

Every horse we have raced post EI (bar one) has run in the placing's on at least one occasion.
Now for the winners,
What'snotthesame was the trail blazer winning at his first ever race appearance at Gosford on 10/2. To think he would follow that up with a second win from as many starts apparently was realistic. He had me lost for words with the second win and our Jockey Craig Agnew thought at the 600m that the horse had trained off and was looking for a break.
Shanghai Sally won first up on Saturday at Kembla flying over the 1000m in almost course record time just to prove she still has the will to win. Sally has now won 4 races. |
