 Jetonova Bows out with Second |
Gutsy mare Jetonova ended her racing career with a game second at Kensington earlier this week.
The five year-old mare is in foal to top young Danehill stallion Danewin, and is now bound for the lush paddocks of Kitchwin Hills before she foals later this spring.
Her Kensington appearance came on the one hundred and twentieth day since being covered in foal. The second prizemoney of $8,000 will come in handy for her new career as a broodmare.
Jetonova won on six occasions and amassed prizemoney of $88,940. She won twice each at Kensington, Wyong and Kembla Grange. |
