Egomaniac, the 3 year old colt by Kenvain from La Fayette, will fly to Hong Kong to join the top stable of Tony Cruz in the New Year.
Winning 4 of his 7 starts, Egomaniac also ran a close 4th in the Group 2 Norman Robinson over 2100m at Caulfield. The connections then paid a late entry into the VRC Derby, but the long campagne in only his first preparation told and he finished upplaced.
